The investors opted for:
- solid wood flooring in a custom color, laid in a French herringbone pattern;
- a staircase and handrails with LED lighting for a modern touch; and
- white wooden baseboards for an elegant transition between the floor and walls.
The interior design was created by the architectural firm Prostornina.
