Renovated Karst House - Rustic Style in the Center of Štanjel

Warm colors, green windows, stone, and of course, wood. Divine!

In the very old village core of Štanjel, we installed oiled oak flooring and a staircase on a white metal structure in the renovated Karst house. The owner, Metka Zver, has transformed this abandoned house into an exceptional ambiance that enriches the old village core of Štanjel.

Preserved stone walls, wide parquet elements, rustic furniture, and warm colors create a true Home. The white metal staircase railing is unobtrusive and subtly matches the rest of the interior decor. The space is not closed off - on the contrary, it is allowed to breathe.

The owner is a great lover of wood and has a boutique shop on the ground floor of the building with handmade wooden products called Lokal.

The building was also featured in the show Ambients!
